By signing the filled out membership form, I oblige to respect all the rights and obligations that I have as a member of the trade union, which derive from the Statute of trade union Unitech Serbia.
Of my own free will, I undertake to regularly pay a monthly membership fee of 3 EUR, determined by the Statute of the Unitech Srbija trade union.

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 87/2018), by signing the membership form you accept the method and the purpose of data processing.

Unitech Srbija collects personal data of its members for the need of trade union activities on the territory of Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Statute of Unitech Srbija. The purpose of data collecting is having the exact record of our membership. Records are also used to exercise the rights and obligations of union members.

The membership records are kept electronically. They contain: Name, Surname, Date of birth,Permanent residence address, Name of the Company/Workplace, Working position/Profession, Mobile phone, e-mail address and the Date of membership i.e. termination of membership. All of the data are kept during the duration of the membership in Unitech Srbija in the separate and protected server database.

Every member whose data has been collected has the right to informed about the data processing, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data Article 19. They have the right to access their file (Article 20. of the same Law), they have the right to get the copy of their file (Article 21. of the same Law) and any other right laid down by the Law.

Each member, as a person to whom the data relate, has the right to revoke the data processing license,as well as to be informed of the consequences of such revocation.

Each member has the right to request the amendment, supplementation or deletion of data relating to them.

Each member as a person to whom the data relates, has the right to protection in case of unauthorized processing.

Each member as a person to whom the data relates, has the right to protection in all circumstances whose non-disclosure to the data subject, or any other person, would be contrary to conscientious conduct.

The processing of all data serves only the stated purposes.
